Quotations

If you need a quote so you can order later or pass the information to a buyer, simply add the items you need to purchase to your cart. Then click the "save and share" button to save your shopping cart items as a e-Quote and get an e-Quote number. You can return to the site later and retrieve he quote by following the "quote" link located on the menu on the left side of the On-Line Store. All quotes are valid for 30 days and are subject to OMEGA standard terms and conditions

What payment options are available?

We are pleased to accept most major credit cards, including MasterCard, and VISA and American Express. Your card is only charged once we have shipped the order.

By using your credit card online we will be able to speed order processing and confirmation of your order. Since security is of the utmost importance when ordering online, we ask that you reviewA Word About Security for information on OMEGA’s Store using the latest technology to insure your transaction is fully secured.

A sales representative can also contact you by phone for your credit card information.

Omega also offers payment terms for customers with a valid account with an order for over £500. To apply for a credit terms account, complete the Credit Application, and our credit department will contact you.

Can I pay using a purchase order?

Yes. Existing Omega customers with an established customer number and line of credit may use a purchase order. If your order qualifies, simply choose 'Pay by Account' when you check out on the payment page and enter your Purchase Order Number. Orders placed on account are subject to credit approval and verification.

I received an invoice; how do I pay it?

Shipping

Items that are available and in stock will be so indicated during the checkout process. If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will provide you our best estimate of when the product will be available. The availability information shown on our web site and provided by our sales staff is the most up-to-date information we have, but this information does not represent a guarantee or promise of availability.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation detailing your Sales Order Reference Number e.g. FP00008176. With this number, you can check the status of your order on-line by going to the My Account section of our on-line shop.

Shipping Methodss

We currently offer shipping via UPS (United Parcel Service). All available options will be shown at the "basket" stage during the checkout process.

Your order will be despatched directly from our Netherlands warehouse. Cost for shipping will be shown when checking out. If you are ordering items that are not in stock, please be sure to indicate if you would like available items to ship to you (partial shipment).

If you have an account number with UPS and you would like us to bill the shipping directly to that carrier in order to make payment easier for you, please be sure to provide your UPS Account Number in the appropriate field when checking out or creating your account where a handling charge will be added to the order.

Will I be charged VAT?

Omega will apply applicable tax based on the shipping destination.

Goods delivered to Netherlands:

BTW will be applied to your order at the rate of 21%.

European Union:

If you provide a valid tax reference number relating to the delivery address, no BTW/VAT will be applied to your order as the supply of goods or services are exempt and subject to reverse charge procedures (European Directive 2006/112/EC).

If you do not provide a tax reference number relating to the delivery address, then BTW will be applied to your order at the rate of 21%.

Why does my bank statement show multiple charges?

Credit cards are charged at the time of shipment. If a single order is sent out in multiple shipments, the credit card will be charged for each item being shipped.
