Supported Applications
The Omega TD Series Time Delay Relays are designed to enhance pressure switch functionality by preventing false alarms and rapid restarts. These relays serve as accessories within the broader PX Switch accessory family, working alongside audible alarms (Model 70A) and high-reliability solid state relays (SSR330).
Operating Conditions & Performance
The series provides adjustable time delay capabilities to manage control signal timing. The TD-69 model offers a Delay-on-make function with an adjustable range of 6 seconds to 8 minutes. The TD-73 model operates as a Delay-on-break relay, providing an adjustable time delay from 6 seconds to 5 minutes.
Configuration Options
The series is available in two distinct functional configurations tailored for specific timing requirements:
- TD-69: Configured as a Delay-on-make relay with an adjustable time delay of 6 seconds to 8 minutes.
- TD-73: Configured as a Delay-on-break relay with an adjustable time delay of 6 seconds to 5 minutes.
These relays are offered alongside other pressure switch accessories, including the Model 70A Audible Alarm (available in continuous tone, fast pulse tone, slow pulse tone, and warble tone) and SSR330 Solid State Relays with AC or DC control signals.
Key Product Differences
The primary distinction between models lies in their timing logic and maximum delay duration. The TD-69 provides a Delay-on-make function extending up to 8 minutes, whereas the TD-73 provides a Delay-on-break function with a maximum adjustment of 5 minutes.
