The Omega SEEX Extension Cable series consists of stainless steel armored thermocouple extension cable assemblies. These cables are designed to extend the signal from a thermocouple sensor to instrumentation or control systems, maintaining electrical continuity and providing mechanical protection for the conductors.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The SEEX series is constructed with stranded nickel-plated copper wire encased in an armored jacket. The available variants correspond to standard thermocouple types identified by their model prefixes: Type E, Type J, Type K, Type S, and Type T.

Configuration Options

The series offers configurable lengths and termination options to accommodate specific installation requirements. Model numbers encode the thermocouple type, cable length in inches, and connector style.

Cable Lengths

• Available lengths include 48", 60", 72", 96", 120", 144", 180", 240", and 300".
• Custom or non-standard lengths are indicated by specific numeric segments in the model number (e.g., SEEX-K-25, SEEX-J-71).

Termination Options

The final digit of the part number designates the termination style:

• -1: Spade lugs (e.g., SEEX-E-240-3-1, SEEX-J-48-1-1)
• -2: OTP connector or similar mating interface (e.g., SEEX-K-60-2-3)
• -3: Alternative termination configuration as defined by the specific model code structure.
