The Omega Non-Reversible, Six Point Horizontal Temperature Label series (6M-LABELS) provides visual temperature monitoring for surfaces. These labels are designed to indicate when a specific maximum temperature has been reached by changing color permanently at designated points.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The 6M-LABELS series features six distinct horizontal indicator points on each label, allowing users to track multiple temperature thresholds simultaneously. As non-reversible indicators, the labels provide a permanent record of exposure once the setpoint is exceeded.

Temperature Setpoints

• Series 6MA: Available in single-point configurations with setpoints at 100/38°C (°F), 130/54°C (°F), 160/71°C (°F), 190/88°C (°F), and 220/104°C (°F).
• Series 6MB: Available in single-point configurations with setpoints at 100/38°C (°F) and 175/79°C (°F).

Note: The part numbers reflect the specific temperature rating for each variant. For example, model 6MA-A-250/121 indicates a setpoint of 250°F / 121°C.

Response Characteristics

• Indicator Type: Six-point horizontal array per label.
• Reversibility: Non-reversible (permanent color change upon activation).

The primary distinction between products in this series is the temperature setpoint indicated by the numeric portion of the model code. The 6MA family offers a broader selection of higher-temperature ratings compared to the 6MB family, which focuses on lower-to-mid-range thresholds.
