Supported Applications
The OM-CP-HITEMP140X2-TD Series are High Temperature Dual Channel Data Loggers that combine a rigid ambient temperature probe with a second remote probe. This pairing offers extreme flexibility for high temperature monitoring applications, letting a single logger capture ambient conditions and a targeted remote point simultaneously.
Each model uses a 5.1 cm (2") rigid transitional-diameter probe to measure ambient temperature, combined with a bendable or flexible second probe. The stainless steel body and remote sensing make the series suitable for oven and process mapping where both surrounding air and a specific product or fixture temperature must be logged together.
Operating Conditions & Performance
Both channels provide a resolution of 0.01°C (0.02°F) and a calibrated accuracy of ±0.1°C (±0.18°F). Measurement range depends on the probe: the rigid ambient probe covers -200 to 260°C (-328 to 500°F), the flexible probe covers -60 to 260°C (-76 to 500°F), and the stainless steel bendable probe covers -200 to 350°C (-328 to 662°F).

Wetted materials are 316 stainless steel, PEEK, and PFA insulated cable. The series carries CE and RoHS, with optional NIST calibration and optional 5 YEAR WARRANTY, and requires the OM-CP-IFC400 USB docking station or OM-CP-IFC406 multiplexer interface for operation.
Configuration Options
Every model provides the same dual-channel logger body and the same 5.1 cm (2") rigid ambient probe on channel one; the models differ in the second probe fitted on channel two.
Rigid ambient plus flexible probe
The OM-CP-HITEMP140X2-TD-FP-72 pairs the rigid ambient probe with a 183 cm (72") flexible probe, giving a long, highly routable remote sensor. This configuration weighs 100 g (3.5 oz).
Rigid ambient plus bendable probe
The OM-CP-HITEMP140X2-TD-PT-1 and OM-CP-HITEMP140X2-TD-PT-5 pair the rigid ambient probe with a 61 cm (24") stainless steel bendable probe, differing in the bendable probe tip: the PT-1 uses a 2.5 cm (1") tip and the PT-5 uses a 12.7 cm (5") tip. These configurations weigh 85 g (3.0 oz) and add the bendable probe's wider -200 to 350°C (-328 to 662°F) range.
