Supported Applications

The Dwyer Series HNV consists of barstock style needle valves designed for isolating instruments from liquids or gases. The series features fine threading and a large seat area to ensure tight shutoff. Wetted materials are 316 SS and PTFE, making these ideal for use with corrosives.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The Series HNV operates within process temperature limits of 464°F (240°C). Pressure ratings vary by operating temperature: the series supports 6000 psi (431 bar) @ 200°F (93°C) and 4000 psi (276 bar) @ 464°F (240°C). The valves are tested to assure vibration and thermal stability. Service is specified for gases and liquids compatible with wetted materials.
