The Omega TL series provides non-reversible temperature labels designed for low-cost, single-temperature operation in limited spaces. These indicators function via an irreversible color change where the indicator dot turns black at a rated temperature. The series is available in round or linear configurations with varying numbers of dots to monitor specific thermal events.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The TL-C-LABELS 4-dot circular configuration operates within a measurement range of 105°F to 500°F. Accuracy specifications for the series vary by temperature band: up to ±1°C (1.8°F) from 99°C (210°F); ±1.5°C (2.7°F) from 100°C (212°F) to 154°C (309°F); and ±1% and ±1°C (1.8°F) from 160°C (320°F) to 260°C (536°F). The TL-C series specifically indicates temperatures in °F only, while other configurations such as the TL-T and TL-F support both °C/°F.

Configuration Options

The Omega non-reversible label family encompasses four distinct form factors to accommodate different installation geometries:

• TL-S (Single Dot Round): 9.52 mm (⅜") diameter; available in °C/°F.
• TL-C (4-Dot Circular): 15 mm (0.6") diameter; indicates four temperature levels per label, °F only.
• TL-T (3-Dot Linear): 26 mm (1") height by 19 mm (0.75") width; available in °C/°F.
• TL-F (5-Dot Linear): 51 mm (2") height by 19 mm (0.75") width; indicates five temperature levels per label, available in °C/°F.

Packaging quantities are configurable via model number suffixes or standard package sizes:

• TL-S labels: Packages of 30 or 50 (add '-50' for packages of 50).
• TL-C indicators: Packages of 10 or 30.
• TL-T labels: Packages of 20 or 40.
• TL-F labels: Packages of 10 or 30.

Key Product Differences

The series is differentiated by the number of indicator dots and the physical layout. The TL-C model, as represented in this bundle, features a circular arrangement with four distinct temperature points per label (e.g., Model TL-C-130 covers 130°F, 140°F, 150°F, and 160°F). In contrast, the TL-S series provides single-point indication. The linear variants, TL-T and TL-F, offer three and five temperature points respectively in a rectangular footprint. Model numbers follow specific patterns: TL-C-<NUMBER> for the circular four-dot labels; TL-S-<NUMBER> for single dots; TL-T-<NUMBER> for 3-dot linear; and TL-F-<NUMBER> for 5-dot linear.
