Supported Applications
The Omega LVCN Series comprises general-purpose level controllers designed for pump and valve control. The series includes three configurations: the LVCN-140, which accepts one level sensor input; the LVCN-130, configured for one or two level sensors with a latching relay output; and the LVCN-120, a three-input system capable of automatic fill or empty operations combined with high or low alarm functions. The LVCN-120 can also function as a two-input controller to perform dual alarms (2-high/2-low or 1-high/1-low). These controllers are packaged for use with level switch sensors and fittings.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The series operates on selectable power supplies of 120 / 240 VAC, 50 - 60 Hz, with a maximum consumption of 5 Watts. The electronics are rated for an ambient temperature range of F: -40° to 158°, C: -40° to 70°. Sensor inputs receive a nominal supply voltage of 13.5 VDC @ 27 mA (maximum), with trigger points defined as Dry <12 mA and wet >12 mA.
Relay outputs are isolated single pole double throw (SPDT) relays, Form C, rated for a maximum switched load of 250 VAC, 10 A, or ½ HP. The series features an adjustable contact delay ranging from 0 to 60 seconds (specifically noted as 0.15 to 60 sec in the LVCN-120 specification) to eliminate relay chatter. LED indicators provide status for sensor input, power, and relay output.

The series offers configurable mounting options via a PP (U.L. 94 VO), flame retardant enclosure designed for EN 50 022 standard 35 mm DIN rail or panel mount installation.
