Supported Applications
The Omega HH501 series is a compact, portable digital thermometer designed for use with external thermocouples. It provides temperature indication following Reference Temperature/Voltage Tables (N.I.S.T. Monograph 175 Revised to ITS-90). The instrument accepts standard miniature thermocouple connectors and supports user-selectable Celsius or Fahrenheit scales.
Applications include general-purpose portable temperature measurement where external sensors are required. Per manufacturer warnings, these products are not designed for use in patient-connected applications, microwave ovens, or environments with working voltages at the measurement surface exceeding 24V AC or DC.

The HH501 series features a 3½ digit liquid crystal display (LCD) with a maximum reading of 1999. Measurement ranges span from 0°C to 1767°C and 32°F to 1999°F, with a resolution of 1°C or 1°F.
