The Omega 10250T Series comprises heavy-duty 30.5 mm metal pushbuttons, contact blocks, and legend plates designed for industrial applications requiring durable switching performance with zinc die-cast construction. Units operate within an ambient temperature range of -17 to 66°C (1 to 150°F) and support altitudes up to 2000 m while meeting UL Type 4X and IEC IP65 enclosure ratings when mounted in a similarly rated enclosure. Electrical performance includes insulation voltage Ui = 660 Vac or Vdc, thermal current Ith = 10 A, and switching capacity for AC15 at 6 A at 120V pf 0.3 plus DC13 at 1.0 A at 125V L/R ≥ 0.95 @ 300 mS with a mechanical life of 10 x 10^6 operations. The modular system combines various operators including flush, extended, mushroom head, E-Stop, and selector switches with stackable contact blocks offering configurations such as NO, NC, or NO-NC arrangements up to six per assembly.
