just what I wanted
I make maple syrup and have been looking for a thermometer with an immersible probe that would read to tenths of a degree. all i want is to read temperature and other units had all sorts of bells and whistles that would only confuse an old man. with its large display and ten second update interval, the 8891 is the answer to my situation. The only thing left is to see how long it lasts.
