Supported Applications

The Omega WD Series consists of wire ducts designed for cable management and routing within control panels. These mounting accessories organize wiring while providing excellent lid retention to combat vibration during operation.

Operating Conditions & Performance

Constructed from self-extinguishing PVC with a UL 94 V-0 rating, the WD Series meets DIN Standard 43659. The service temperature range is -15 to 60°C (-5 to 140°F). Each unit includes a cover and features design elements that aid in cable retention during installation.

Configuration Options

The series offers configurable dimensions across multiple widths, heights, and slot types. All variants are supplied with a length of 2 m (6.6'). The model number guide follows the format WD-<WIDTH>X<HEIGHT><SLOT_TYPE>, where S denotes Standard slot width and T denotes Thin slot width.

Slot Specifications:

• Standard Slot - Width: 8 mm (0.31") with a pitch of 20 mm (0.79")
• Thin Slot - Width: 4 mm (0.16") with a pitch of 10 mm (0.39")

Housing Dimensions:

• Widths available in the series include 29 mm (1.14"), 41 mm (1.61"), and 54 mm (2.13")
• Heights range from 41 mm (1.61") to 79 mm (3.11") depending on the model configuration

Specific model examples include WD-B25X40S and WD-B25X40T for the smallest cross-section, up to larger configurations such as WD-B60X80S and WD-B60X80T. The numeric portion of the part number indicates the nominal width and height in millimeters (e.g., B25 corresponds to a 29 mm actual width; X40 corresponds to a 41 mm actual height).
