The DwyerOmega Series DCT500ADC is a user-friendly timer controller for pneumatic systems designed for 10-35 V DC power and available with 4, 6, or 10 channels. It offers many of the same timing and control capabilities as the DCT500A, but in a lower-cost, DC-powered configuration—ideal for systems where DC power is more convenient or available than AC.
Like the DCT500A, the DCT500ADC allows you to set pulse On-Time and Off-Time via simple potentiometers, supporting continuous or on-demand cleaning modes in pneumatic conveying, dust collection, and filter burst/pulse-jet applications. However, this model distinguishes itself by operating off 10-35 Vdc instead of larger AC sources, making it especially suited for mobile, remote, solar-powered, or DC-supplied installations.
Additional benefits of the DCT500ADC include its compact size, ease of mounting, and supportive features for harsh environments—such as an optional weather-proof enclosure. It isolates control circuitry from line voltage to ensure safety and offers compatibility with pressure switches or differential pressure monitoring for demand-based cleaning.

High quality and low cost
This timer board is the highest quality I was able to find and at a very reasonable price. I also love the fact that I can order straight from the manufacturer from an easy to navigate website. Although that might be common in the consumer electronics world, it is not in the industrial electronics world. Shipping was also timely and affordable. 5/5 Will be buying from Dwyeromega again.
