Very good construction, easy to use
I have been using one TRP probe before, and just purchased another 3 sets about 3 weeks ago. One dips the probes in ice water; unit serves a 0 degC reference for thermocouples. With these probes, I've been able to obtain accurate and very precise measurements, and very easy to use. Purchased also with Transition Adaptors (for mini connectors) -- TAS-T-3.
