while rated at 120V, but fail really quick at 120V
It's a great C heater, but can't really used at 120V. We tried at 85V, still ok, didnt dare to go any higher.
I called omega engineer once to discuss this issue. They quickly referred to the lead wire issue. I then have replaced the entire lead wire cloth with ceramic beads, the voltage issue still remains. Also, there is like 4 mm cloth within the heater which is hard to be removed. I understand there is more expensive ones for vacuum application, but some customers just have limited funding.
Overall, it's great heater, but with some issue that we need to be aware of.

Good product but slow shipping
It worked for me in a drilled aluminum block to cut pvc. Shipping was very slow (over two weeks). I think regular mail would been better but this option was not presented.

Great website and great products
Looking for a replacement heater for a small control box. Your website came up high on my Google search, easy to navigate website and numerous options came up that would fit our needs! Price was good and the delivery was fast.
Have used Omega products in the past and not been disappointed yet!
