Supported Applications

The Omega FT-HFC-35 Series consists of thermoplastic quick couplings designed for high-purity and deionized water, filtration equipment, pharmaceutical applications, heavy equipment cooling lines, food and beverage serving equipment, bioprocessing lines, and laboratory instrumentation. These Polysulfone High Flow Couplings are engineered to provide physical strength, autoclaving capability, and chemical resistance while offering a lightweight alternative to stainless steel or brass fittings.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The series operates within a process temperature range of -40 to 137.8°C (-40 to 280°F). • Tubing IDs: Available for 3/8" (9.5 mm), 1/2" (12.7 mm), and 3/4" (19 mm) tubing.
• Thread Standards: Includes NPT, BS (British Standard), Garden Hose (GdnHs), and Bulkhead Panel Mount (BP).
