Supported Applications
The Omega TYUTH95 series consists of OMEGAFLEX® Polyurethane tubing designed for pneumatic airline systems and compressed air applications. Constructed from ether-based polyurethane with a hardness of 95A Shore Durometer, the tubing is engineered to be kink and abrasion resistant. The material composition provides resistance against chemicals, water, fuel, oil, and fungus.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The series operates within a temperature range of -40 to 73°C (-40 to 165°F). It features a vacuum rating up to 28" Hg. Working pressure ratings vary by size and wall thickness, with specific values listed in the specification table; for example, the TYUTH95-18066 model supports 255 PSI @ 24°C (75°F), while the TYUTH95-38245 model is rated to 170 PSI. The series maintains a working pressure safety factor of 3:1.
Configuration Options
The TYUTH95 series offers extensive configuration options across dimensions, lengths, and colors to accommodate diverse installation requirements.
- Sizes: Available in both Imperial (inch) and Metric sizes. Outer diameters range from 0.125 inch (3.0 mm) up to 0.375 inch (8.0 mm), with corresponding inner diameter variations.
- Lengths: Standard coil lengths include 50 ft, 100 ft, and 1000 ft for Imperial sizes; metric options are available in 15 m and 30 m coils. Longer bulk spools (e.g., 2000 ft or 2500 ft) are offered on select models.
- Colors: The series is supplied in transparent versions as well as opaque colors including Black, Red, Blue, Clear, Translucent Blue, Yellow, and Green. Standard color availability may vary by model; other colors can be requested.
Key Product Differences
Variants within the TYUTH95 series are distinguished primarily by their dimensional specifications (OD/ID/Wall thickness) which directly influence working pressure ratings and weight. Model numbers follow a structured format: TYUTH95-<SIZE>-<LENGTH>-<COLOR>. For instance, model suffixes such as -18066 denote specific OD/ID combinations in inches (e.g., 0.125" OD / 0.066" ID), while numeric codes like -318 represent metric dimensions (e.g., 3.0 mm OD). Color options are appended to the base model number using suffixes such as -BLK, -R, -GN, or -TRBL.

The product was fine, I did have to follow up a couple of times to find out when would ship. When I ordered on website, it showed in stock. Did not cause a problem for us, but would be of concern later if happened again

The product was fine, but the lead time was longer than anticipated. Will have to keep this in mind on future orders
