Does the temperature reading come from the tip of the flex wire? Is the entire probe flexible or is the last part rigid(non flexible)? If rigid what length is the rigid portion?

Regarding your questions, the entire probe is flexible, and yes the reading will come from the tip of the flex wire.

Is the PFA flexible probe replaceable if damaged?
Hello, thank you for your question. The probe in this case is not replaceable. We do have a similar model were you can use a removable M12 RTD probe, the part number is OM-CP-HITEMP140-M12.
