Terrible software, need an actual mini CD drive
Bought this for our lab, functionally it's fine but in order to set it up and/or pull the data from it, you need an obsolete CD drive. Pretty ridiculous that the USB driver software isn't either included or availibe on their website. You have to legitimately find a CD drive that can take a mini (4cm) CD.
