The Omega SCE series comprises NEMA Type 4X Enviroline® free-standing single-door, single-access enclosures constructed from Stainless Steel Types 304 and 316. These units are designed to house electrical and electronic controls, instruments, and components while providing protection against dust, oil, and water ingress.

For outdoor applications, a drip shield is recommended. The series supports configurations suitable for environments requiring corrosion resistance and robust physical containment of sensitive equipment.

The construction utilizes 0.104" Stainless Steel Type 304 and 316. The series includes a continuously welded design with ground smooth seams, an oil-resistant gasket, and a flange trough collar to maintain the specified environmental seals.

The SCE-304-316 series is available in multiple dimensional configurations. The standard height across the documented models is 72.00 inch. Width options include 24.00 inch, 30.00 inch, and 36.00 inch, while depth options are offered in 18.00 inch or 24.00 inch.

The model numbering convention follows the format: SCE-<HEIGHT><WIDTH><DEPTH><MATERIAL>. Key features and configurable elements include:

• Housing Material: Stainless Steel Type 304 or Type 316 (indicated by suffix codes such as SSFS for 304 and SS6FS for 316 in the model examples).
• Door Mechanism: Removable and interchangeable doors with stainless steel concealed hinges.
• Latching System: Black quarter-turn latches featuring a padlocking/keylocking handle with a 3-point operating mechanism and tamper-resistant hardware.
• Mounting & Accessories: Includes lifting eyes, ground stud, mounting channels, and a removable print pocket. No door stiffener is required for the documented configurations.
