Supported Applications
The Omega M12CM-RTD series consists of high temperature extension cables designed for use with M12 probes, sensors, and transmitters in elevated thermal environments. These assemblies serve as signal extensions between the sensing element and instrumentation.

Operating Conditions & Performance
The series is rated for a process temperature of 205°C (400°F). The cable construction features FEP insulated conductors with an IP65 moisture resistance rating. Vibration performance is validated to MIL-STD-202G, Method 204D, Test Condition A (10g's from 10 to 500 Hz) when installed on an M12 probe.
Electrical and Physical Characteristics

Cable Lengths and Terminations
Standard lengths include 2, 5, 10, 15, and 20 m (6.5, 16.4, 33, 49, and 65.6 ft). The opposite end of the M12 connector terminates in stripped leads.

High Temp Hooray
We use these cables instead of the OEM's. The high-heat rating is ideal for our application.

These look great but I need what these connect to with the same high heat rating? preferably a bulk head.
Thanks for request. We currently do not offer bulk head type M12 connectors or a high temp rated field mount connectors.
These are needed sometimes for the PR-20 series RTD's.

Does OMEGA have any PTFE M12 cables with a single M12 connector and stripped leads on the other end?
Thank you for your inquiry DanielR. Any of the M12CM-RTD series have a single female connector on one end and stripped leads on the other. I see these M12CM-T24SSPC series cables operate at high temperature but what is the low operating temperature limit?
