Supported Applications
The Omega RTES Series consists of junction box and controls enclosures designed as heat cable connection accessories. The series serves specifically as a power connection, splice point, or T kit for OMEGALUX® heating cables.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The enclosure features a NEMA 4X rated liquid-tight design to provide waterproof cable entry and corrosion resistance. Constructed from molded Rylon plastic with stainless steel hardware, the unit is engineered for environments requiring protection against liquids and corrosive elements.

Configuration Options
The RTES end seal fitting kit is supplied as a complete assembly for sealing and connecting heating cables.

Mounting Configurations
The enclosure supports two distinct mounting methods based on the installation surface:
- Pipe Mounting: Features curved surfaces with a 1½" radius for pipes ≥3" and a ½" radius for smaller pipes. Attachment to pipes utilizes OMEGALUX fiberglass tape.
- Flat Surface Mounting: Includes four 'feet' designed for installation on flat planes.
