Supported Applications

The Omega HHPT-51 is a portable particle counter designed to measure and report air contamination. The series supports monitoring in clean rooms, manufacturing processes, pharmaceutical production, indoor air quality (IAQ), gowning rooms, testing filter seals, locating particle contamination sources, and monitoring particle size distributions.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The HHPT-51 operates within an ambient temperature range of 10 °C to 40 °C (50 °F to 104 °F) at 20 % to 90 % RH, non-condensing. Storage conditions are specified as -10 °C to 50 °C (14 °F to 122 °F), up to 90 % RH, non-condensing.

Performance specifications include the following accuracy values:

The HHPT-51 series is configured with an Isokinetic probe for process connection and features a USB interface for data transfer to a personal computer. The unit holds up to 500 samples in memory, recording date, time, counts, sample volume, temperature, and relative humidity for each entry.
