I used the 44005 thermister as a fast acting temperature sensor to measure Air Intake Temperature accurately when the methanol injection system turns on.

Excellent reaction times
I bought this about a month ago and it worked flawlessly. I utilized it as a temp sensor on my car and the accuracy and reaction time of the temperature change was better than advertised.

Works great as an air speed sensor
Running this in a self heating mode to measure low velocity air speed. The TRM-164116-6 ceramic tube is a good match to hold the element in the airflow.

Works perfectly!
Highly-sensitive to temperature change. I used it to replace my car's ambient temperature sensor. As soon as I start pulling out of my garage, the temperature reading started to change. It was definitely a lot hotter in the garage and the gradual drop in temperature reading once outside validates the accurate function of the thermistor. I'm happy with the purchase and the product.
