Supported Applications

The Omega OMTBV7-W series comprises DIN rail fuse terminal blocks designed for single-circuit protection using 5 x 20 mm fuses. These terminals are engineered to meet criteria of ease of wiring, secure connections, and durability within control circuits and low-level power applications.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The series operates across an insulation temperature range of -40 to 90°C (-40 to 195°F). Electrical specifications include a voltage rating of 300V AC/DC and a maximum current capacity of 15 A. The terminals accommodate wire sizes from #22 to #12 AWG (0.05 to 4 mm²) with a recommended tightening torque of 0.6 Nm (5.0 to 5.6 lb-in.). Wire strip length is specified at 8 mm (0.31"). The series density is rated at 125/m (38 pcs./ft).

Configuration Options

The OMTBV7-WFB line offers configurable indicator types and a range of accessories to support installation and identification needs.

  • Indicator Types: Models are available with Non-Indicating, LED (operating at 10 to 57 Vac/Vdc), or Neon indicators (operating at 85 to 264 Vac).
  • Housing & Mounting: Constructed from Polyamide 6.6 for DIN rail mounting on standard rails including 35 x 7.5 mm and 35 x 15 mm profiles.
  • Electrical Connection: Features stainless steel screws and serrated current bars with a cone-shaped guide for wire insertion.

Available accessories include End Barriers, End Anchors (packs of 10 or 50), Normal Duty and Heavy Duty Screw Types, Jumpers (pkg of 10), Side Jumpers (10-pole Insulated), Blank marking tags in various sizes, Pre-printed single-digit tabs, and DIN rails.

Key Product Differences

Variants within the series are distinguished primarily by their fuse status indication method. The OMTBV7-WFB4-10 model is a Non-Indicating block supplied in packages of 10. The OMTBV7-WFB424-10 variant includes an LED indicator with a leakage current of 2 mA @ 24V. The OMTBV7-WFB4250-10 variant features a Neon blown fuse indicator with a working voltage range of 85 to 264 Vac and a leakage current of 1 mA @ 264 Vac. All models share the same physical dimensions, electrical ratings, wire ranges, and mounting density.
