The OmegaTM DVG-64A digital vacuum gauge delivers high precision at a low price. It can accurately read vacuum from 19,000 microns down to 0, over a wide temperature range of -17 to 65°C (0 to 150°F). The vacuum can be displayed in userselectable units.
The DVG-64A incorporates a revolutionary new sensor design that is highly resistant to contamination. Unlike other vacuum gauges currently on the market, the DVG-64A maintains working accuracy even when the sensor is contaminated with oil or similar contaminants. For many applications, the sensor does not require any cleaning for the life of the sensor.

1 Atm. to 1 mTorr with a mechanical gauge.
This meter works great in conjunction with a mechanical gauge. It starts working at 20 Torr, just before a mechanical gauge reaches zero. The combination gives a full range down to 1 mTorr. I wish there was a way to stop the auto shut off as the gauge goes through a calibration startup when I turn it back on. The instructions say nothing about the autocalibration. Does calibration work at vacuum? Don't know. A DC input from a external supply would solve this. (Or a comment in the instructions but instructions are hard. We need Monk's brother Ambrose Monk)

I want to create vacuum at pressure level of 0.5 Pa absolute. Can I measure that pressure with this device?
This unit will not work for your application. This unit is a gage pressure reference device. It's accuracy is also +/-10% of full scale range which works out to a possible error of +/- 10 kilopascals
