Supported Applications
The Dwyer Series TS Digital Temperature Switch is designed for heating and cooling applications. The unit regulates temperature using a thermistor probe to monitor process conditions, displaying the reading on a bright red, 3-digit LED display.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The series measures temperatures from -58 to 302°F (-50 to 150°C) with an accuracy of ±1°C and a resolution of 1°. The ambient operating temperature range is 32 to 158°F (0 to 70°C), while storage conditions are rated for -4 to 176°F (-20 to 80°C). The front panel carries an IP64 rating. Electrical output consists of a 16A SPDT relay @ 250 VAC resistive, supporting up to 1 HP at 16A.
Programmable Parameters
The controller allows programming of 12 parameters via the front keypad, including:
- r1 Lower Value Set Point: -50 to 150° (Degrees)
- r2 Higher Value Set Point: -50 to 302°F (-50 to 150°C) (Degrees)
- r0 Differential or Hysteresis: 1 to 20 Degrees
- d8 Interval Time between Defrosting: 1 to 24 hr.
- c1 Continuous Cycle Time: 0 to 24 hr. (Hours)

Configuration Options
The Series TS is available in multiple configurations based on power supply and display units, identified by model numbers such as TS-13010, TS-13011, TS-13020, and TS-13030. The unit includes a 5 ft (1.5 m) cable with a 1.5-inch (4 cm) thermistor input rated at 1000Ω @ 25°C.
