Supported Applications

The Dwyer Series BHC Bulk Head Connectors are designed for the installation of blow tubes through dust collector walls. These fittings eliminate the need for welding or additional flanges during setup and enable easy removal and reassembly of blow tubes for cleaning and maintenance.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The series is rated for service with compatible gases within a temperature range of -4 to 185°F (-20 to 85°C). The pressure limit across the series is specified as 124.7 psi (8.6 bar).

• Washer: SS41
• Gasket: NBR

Configuration Options

The Series BHC is available in single connection configurations for through tube mounting or double connection configurations for two piece tube mounting. Model numbers follow the format BHC<Size><Connection Type>, such as BHC20D and BHC25DD.

Available Sizes

• 3/4" size: Models BHC20D (One connection) and BHC20DD (Two connections)
• 1" size: Models BHC25D (One connection) and BHC25DD (Two connections)
• 1-1/2" size: Models BHC35D (One connection) and BHC35DD (Two connections)

Dimensions by Model

The series offers specific dimensional profiles for each model, including overall width (A), height (B), tube diameter range (D), and minimum length (Min L). For example:

• BHC20D / BHC20DD: A = 2-3/8" [60.5] or 3-19/32" [91]; D range = 1-25/32" to 2" [45 to 51]
• BHC25D / BHC25DD: A = 2-23/32" [69] or 3-31/32" [101]; D range = 2-7/32" to 2-7/16" [56 to 62]
• BHC35D / BHC35DD: A = 2-15/16" [75] or 4-11/32" [110]; D range = 2-27/32" to 3-1/16" [72 to 78]

Key Product Differences

Variants within the Series BHC are distinguished by tube size (3/4", 1", or 1-1/2") and connection type. Models ending in "D" provide a single connection for through tube mounting, while models ending in "DD" provide two connections for two piece tube mounting.
