Supported Applications
The Omega Accessories for Ceramic and Three-Pin Temperature Connectors series provides mechanical support components designed specifically for use with ceramic and three-pin temperature connectors. These accessories facilitate the secure installation, cable management, and panel mounting of compatible connector families including NHX, UHX, NHXH, UHXH, NOX, UOX, OTP, NMP, MTP, SHX, and USHX.
Operating Conditions & Performance
This series consists of mechanical accessories rather than active sensing instruments; therefore, performance specifications such as accuracy class, response time, or measurement range are not applicable. The components function to maintain the physical integrity and positioning of temperature connectors within an installation environment.
Configuration Options
The series offers a configurable selection of mechanical hardware tailored to specific connector types. Available accessory categories include:
- Cable Clamps: Models PCLM-NHX, PCLM, PCLM-NMP, and PCLM-MTP provide cable retention for NHX/UHX/NHXH/UHXH; NOX/UOX/OTP; NMP; and MTP connectors respectively.
- Panel Mounting Brackets: Models HACL, XACL, SHACL, and MTACL enable panel installation. Bracket dimensions vary by connector compatibility: HACL (34.9 mm / 1⅛" spacing), XACL (34.9 mm / 1⅛" spacing), SHACL (27.8 mm / 1⅝" spacing), and MTACL (29.46 mm / 1.16" spacing). Screw sizes are specified as 6-32 for HACL, XACL, and SHACL, and 3-48 for MTACL.
- Safety Clips: Model HTCL is available for NHX, UHX, NHXH, and UHXH connectors to provide additional security.
- Tube Clamps: Models X-BRLK-(*)-NHX and X-BRLK-(*) are offered in various sizes (e.g., 1/4", 3/8", 1/2") for NHX/UHX/NHXH/UHXH and NOX/UOX connectors.
Key Product Differences
Variants within this series are distinguished by their compatible connector families and physical dimensions. Cable clamps (PCLM) differ based on the specific connector type they secure, such as PCLM-NHX for NHX-series connectors versus PCLM-MTP for MTP connectors. Panel mounting brackets vary in screw spacing and required fastener size; HACL and XACL share identical 34.9 mm / 1⅛" dimensions but serve different connector groups (NHX/UHX vs NOX/UOX), while SHACL features a narrower 27.8 mm / 1⅝" spacing for SHX/USHX connectors, and MTACL utilizes a distinct 29.46 mm / 1.16" dimension with smaller 3-48 screws for MTP applications.

Happy with products and services for sure! I wish the photo's on the website better represented exactly what you were purchasing. We ended up purchasing one of each style just to ensure we got what we were actually needing. This really applies to all of Omegas images utilized for their website offerings.

I'm having problems with the sealing nut not tightening down enough to lock the compression ring onto the tube. Have you changed the fitting or the compression ring that it is having this problem now?
Hi RobMinco,
Thank you for the inquiry. Please forward this question to TEMP@OMEGA.COM.

Do your SHACL mounting kits come with the screws for mounting? I don't see them listed. I'm returning SHXJP1-06-J which comes in a kit with a plate and mounting brackets. I need SHX-K-F but I don't see a kit version of this, is that available also?
Hi Dylan
Thank you for the inquiry. The SHACL does include the screws. We do not offer kit style ( single ) with SHACL
Best regards
