The Series-BBV-2-5 5-Valve Block & Bleed Manifold from Dwyer is explicitly engineered for rigorous industrial service - including oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation (including nuclear), and other process-control environments.

At its core, the BBV-2-5 features a body forged from 316 stainless steel bar stock, delivering structural integrity to withstand repeated operation under harsh conditions. The manifold is rated for up to 6,000 psi (400 bar) and temperatures up to 464 °F (240 °C), making it suitable for high-pressure, high-temperature applications with oil, water, steam or aggressive chemicals.

Its five-valve arrangement (two isolate valves, one equalize valve, two vent/test valves) enables full instrumentation isolation, test and equalizing capability in one integrated unit. This configuration reduces piping complexity and downtime during service or maintenance. All wetted materials - including body, stem and valve assembly - are 316 stainless steel, with PTFE stem packing for low-leak and low-torque performance.

The design includes color-coded or clearly identified handles to support safe operation (some models note isolate = Blue, equalize = Green, vent/test = Red). It supports standard NPT or DIN flange connections (depending on variant) to match instrumentation mounting and system layouts.

The Series-BBV-2-5 manifold brings high reliability, compact instrumentation integration and robust service capability to applications where precise isolation, bleed, and equalization are required. It is ideal for instrumentation instruments, DP transmitters, or other process control components where system integrity and maintenance ease are priorities.
