The Series-BBV-1-3 3-Valve Block Manifold from Dwyer is designed to meet rigorous process instrumentation requirements in applications such as oil refineries, petrochemicals, power generation, and demanding fluid systems.
Constructed from 316 stainless steel bar-stock, the main body, stems and valve assemblies deliver exceptional strength, repeated cycle durability and corrosion resistance. With a maximum rating of 6,000 psi (400 bar) and 464 °F (240 °C), this manifold accommodates challenging service conditions with confidence.
The three-valve architecture includes two isolate valves and one equalize valve, enabling safe isolation of instrumentation, venting or testing, and equalizing across differential pressure devices - all in a compact single-block package that minimizes plumbing and potential leak points.
Key wetted components such as the valve stems and seats are precision-machined with hard seats, and the stems are packed with PTFE for minimal operating torque and long service life. The unit supports compatibility with liquids, gases and steam for broad applicability.
Ideal for direct-mounting to pressure transmitters or gauges, flange or NPT connection variants are available to suit diverse installation needs. The BBV-1-3 delivers the performance and integration-friendly design demanded by mission-critical instrumentation systems while reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
