Supported Applications
The Dwyer Series BBV-0 is a 2-valve block manifold designed for industrial applications including oil refineries, nuclear power stations, and petrochemical processing. The series controls media such as oil, water, toxic fluids, chemicals, air, and steam.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The Series BBV-0 is forged from 316 stainless steel bar stock to withstand repeated open and close operations. It features one isolate valve and one vent valve with precision-machined stems and hard seats designed to reduce operating torque.

Configuration Options
The series offers two primary configurations for direct mounting to industrial pressure transmitters. End connections vary by model and flange option.
End Connections

- Instrument connection (Flange option): 1/2" DIN 19213 flange
- Vent/test: 1/4" female NPT
Model Configurations
- BBV-0F: Flanged 2-valve block manifold. Includes two 7/16-20 UNF mounting bolts and one PTFE gasket.
- BBV-0N: 2-valve block manifold (non-flanged).
Dimensions
The BBV-0F model measures 4-41/64 [118.00] in width, 3-15/64 [82.00] in height, and 1-47/64 [44.00] in depth. The maximum open dimensions are 3-5/8 [92.00] wide by 3-3/4 [95.00] high. Mounting holes are specified as 2X Ø15/32 [Ø12.00].
The BBV-0N model measures 4-17/32 [115.00] in width, 1-17/64 [32.00] in height, and 7-31/64 [190.15] in length.
Key Product Differences
The primary distinction between the BBV-0F and BBV-0N models is the instrument connection interface. The BBV-0F includes a 1/2" DIN 19213 flange for direct transmitter mounting, supplied with specific hardware (7/16-20 UNF bolts) and a PTFE gasket. The BBV-0N utilizes a 1/2" female NPT instrument connection without the integrated flange assembly.
CAUTION: Do not remove the instrument from the manifold when the system is under pressure. Do not remove the safety pin provided on the body. Do not use above recommended working pressure and temperature limits. The Series BBV-0 is not field repairable; units requiring service must be returned with an R.G.A. number.
