Supported Applications

The Omega 19SJP series consists of 483 mm (19") Jack Panels with Standard Connectors and Anodized Panels designed for mounting in 19-inch racks. These assemblies feature snap-in jack connectors intended for thermocouple or RTD calibration applications.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The series utilizes anodized panels as the housing material. Electrical connections are provided via snap-in jack connectors with a universal 'fits all' female connector design. The overall width of every panel in this series is 483 mm (19"). I.D. Labels are supplied loose for customer identification in the field.

Configuration Options

The 19SJP series supports various configurations defined by row count, jack quantity, and optional cutouts. The model number format follows 19SJP<rows>-<jacks>-<switch>-<meter>.

Panel Dimensions and Jack Capacity

Panels are available in configurations with 1 to 4 rows. The maximum number of jacks varies by row count:

• 1 Row: Panel height 89 mm (3¼"); Max No. of Jacks 22.
• 2 Rows: Panel heights include 133 mm (5¼") and 178 mm (7").
• 3 Rows: Panel height 178 mm (7"); Max No. of Jacks 66.
• 4 Rows: Panel height 222 mm (8¾"); Max No. of Jacks 88.

Cutout Options and Switch/Meter Integration

Panels are offered with optional switch cutouts or combined switch and meter cutouts:

• Switch Cutout Sizes: Available in 76 mm (3") for smaller configurations and 127 mm (5") for larger panels.
• Meter Cutout Size: A ¼ DIN (45 x 92 mm) meter cutout is supplied unless otherwise specified. Add suffix '-MTG' to the model number for switch or meter installation at no extra charge.

Calibration Codes and Customization

The series supports standard thermocouple calibration codes J, K, T, E, R, S, U, or N. For Types G, C, or D, sales consultation is required for pricing information. Blank panels are available without connectors.

• Custom color-coded anodized panels and wired panels are available upon request with a minimum order of $1,000.

Key Product Differences

Variants differ by the number of rows (1 through 4), total jack count per row configuration, and the presence or absence of switch/meter cutouts. Model numbers explicitly denote these features; for example, a model ending in '-OSW' indicates an optional switch cutout, while '-MTR' denotes a meter cutout.
