Awesome Two Foot Type K Thermocouple Probes!
The probes look fantastic and seem to be well manufactured. I'll be calibrating them later this week to confirm the accuracy and functionality. I expect that they will perform exceptionally well.

Durable, reliable, do the job. Longer ones less so
Durable and get the job done. Only complaint is longer (36"?) ones come with a set screw to hold the probe in place, in little time this loosens and the probe spins freely on the handle. Causes failure. Set screw is so small that it strips out if you try to tighten. Shorter ones are molded right into the handle...
