I began working with DwyerOmega 12 years ago and currently oversee our financial operations in Mexico, acting as the company"s legal representative and key liaison with the US. My role as Finance Manager is varied and involves operational and HR aspects as well as financial. These include sales reviews, cost management, payment approvals, material import supervision, maintaining performance metrics, payroll, employee benefits, and regulatory compliance.
My career started as an intern at Ernst & Young, where I eventually progressed to Senior Auditor. I then joined Spectris Group as an Accountant, ending up as Regional Accountant.
I thrive on connecting and engaging with people across the organization. One of the things I enjoy most about my role is fostering positivity as I take on leadership responsibilities and provide support wherever needed.
