Supported Applications
The ACI Room Pickup Ports are designed to be used in conjunction with low differential pressure transmitters, specifically the ACI DLP or MLP Series. These ports provide an aesthetically pleasing building static reference point (pressure) for room monitoring applications.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The series operates within a temperature range of 35° to 140°F (2° to 60°C). Storage is supported from -40° to 140°F (-40° to 60°C). Maximum operating pressure ratings vary by component: the filter supports up to 150 psi (10.3 bar), while Medical Tubing kits (A/10' Tube, A/20' Tube, A/100' Tube) are rated for a maximum of 65 psi at 73°F (23°C). The wetted material is Nickel Plated Brass.
For optimal performance and response time, the tubing run should be kept as short as possible. Tubing must remain free of dirt, duct debris, and condensation.
Configuration Options
The series offers two wall-mounted enclosure options with distinct colors and dimensions:
- A/R-PUP (Beige): 4.51" (11.5 cm) x 2.75" (6.99 cm) x 1.14" (2.90 cm); weight 0.16 lbs (0.073 kg).
- A/R2-PUP (White): 4.50" (11.4 cm) x 2.75" (6.99 cm) x 1.12" (2.84 cm); weight 0.20 lbs (0.09 kg).
The enclosure material is ABS with a UL-94 HB flammability rating, and the foam material is Cross-Linked Polyethylene rated FMUSS-302.

- Medical Tubing Kits (FDA approved Food/Medical Grade PVC):
- A/10' TUBE: 10' length, 1/8" ID x 1/4" OD.

Agency approvals include RoHS2, WEEE, and Reach. The Pick Up Port Series is covered by ACI's Five (5) Year Limited Warranty.

- A/R-PUP: Features a Beige finish with overall dimensions of 4.51" (11.5 cm) x 2.75" (6.99 cm) x 1.14" (2.90 cm).
- A/R2-PUP: Features a White finish with overall dimensions of 4.50" (11.4 cm) x 2.75" (6.99 cm) x 1.12" (2.84 cm).
