The ACI Rogowski Coil Current Transformers are designed to convert an AC operating current into a low voltage AC millivolt signal for use with microprocessor-based circuits requiring high accuracy and precision. The flexible rope-style form factor is intended for installations where regular solid or split core current transformers cannot fit, making them suitable for power quality monitoring applications such as harmonics analysis.
These coils are compatible with specific Single or 3 Phase ACI Power Meters including the KW350-P1-D-S-RC, KW320-P1-D-W-RC-XX, KW320-P1-D-W-RC-PC, KW1850-P1-D-W, and KW1850-P1-D-S models where typical power measurements are required. Selection is based on the size of conductors being monitored by referencing the expected maximum and minimum currents against the available window sizes.
Operating Conditions & Performance

Electrical connections are provided via stripped and tinned lead wires with a standard length of 6.5 ft (2 Meters), utilizing White for Positive (+), Brown for Negative (-), and Bare-Shield configurations on 26AWG wire within a 1000V UL STYLE 20940 cable.
Output signals vary by model calibration, offering options of 100mV, 40mV, or 20mV per 1000A at 50Hz (corresponding to 120mV, 48mV, and 24mV at 60Hz). The housing material is orange thermoplastic rubber with a flame retardant UL 94 V-0 rating. Agency approvals include cULus, CE, and RoSH2 Compliant.
