Copper Flanged Immersion Heater features a 0.475" diameter copper sheath element with flange sizes from 3" to 5" made of high-grade steel. Designed for clean water applications, it offers power densities of 45 W/in² and power ranges from 6 to 150 kW. Available with general purpose, moisture resistant, or explosion resistant enclosures for versatile industrial use. Hole diameter is 1 inch.
APPLICATIONS
For clean water pH 6 to 8 – Clean municipal water such as used in washing, rinsing and industrial processes with a pH factor range of pH 6 to pH 8.
For non-corrosive solutions – Non-corrosive water solutions or weak alkaline or acid content of up to 1% by volume, such as sodium carbonate, sodium chlorate or other neutral salts.
