Genesis Garcia

Genesis joined DwyerOmega's Swedesboro site in 2014 and now supervises production there. She credits her mentors with shaping her development. "I have had the privilege of learning from incredible mentors and leaders who challenged me, encouraged me, and helped shape me into the professional leader I am today," Genesis says. She now does the same for the people who work for her. ,"Building strong teams and creating a supportive and motivated environment is something I'm very passionate about," she says. Most of all, she likes watching her team members grow into their skills and win as a team. Outside of work, Genesis is a self-proclaimed professional home cook, and every Sunday during football season she becomes the unpaid head coach of the San Francisco 49ers.
