Supported Applications

The Omega WT-3115 is a closed loop benchtop wind tunnel designed for automatic control of air flow speed and temperature. The system measures instantaneous temperature and velocity within the test chamber, utilizing a programmable CLWTC-1000™ controller connected to stageCONTROL-1000 software via USB.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The WT-3115 features a 30.5 in x 10.2 in x 4.5 in test chamber and operates on a 220 VAC one phase power supply. Velocity is measured using a thermistor, while temperature measurement utilizes a J thermocouple. The system employs a servo loop to control air flow speed and temperature.
