Operating Conditions & Performance
The LC202/LCM202 Series delivers an accuracy of ±0.25% FSO linearity, hysteresis, and repeatability combined. Measurement ranges span 0-50 lb to 0-10,000 lb (0-22 kg to 0-4537 kg; 0-100 N to 0-50,000 N). The sensors are calibrated in tension and feature a 5-point calibration sequence at 0%, 50%, 100%, 50%, and 0%.
Performance is maintained within an operating temperature range of -54 to 121°C (-65 to 250°F), with thermal effects on zero and span rated at 0.009% FSO/°C. The compensated temperature range is specified as 16 to 71°C (60 to 160°F). Electrical specifications include a nominal output of 2 mV/V, an excitation voltage of 10 Vdc with a maximum of 15 Vdc, and input resistance of 360 Ω minimum. The series carries IP65 protection class ratings.
Overload limits are defined as Safe Overload at 150% of capacity and Ultimate Overload at 300% of capacity. Zero balance is specified at ±2% FSO.

Standard models follow the LC202- format (e.g., LC202-50, LC202-1K), while metric models use LCM202-N (e.g., LCM202-100N, LCM202-1KN). Capacities range from 50 lb to 10,000 lb for standard units and 100 N to 50,000 N for metric units.

Diameter (D) ranges from 25 mm (1.00 in) to 35 mm (1.38 in). Overall length (A) varies by capacity from 25 mm (1.00 in) up to 73 mm (2.89 in). Thread sizes on both ends correspond to the selected capacity:
- Standard Threads: 10-32 UNF-2A through ¾-16 UNF-2A
- Metric Threads: M5 x 0.8 - 6g through M20 x 1.5 - 6g
Construction & Electrical
The housing and wetted materials are stainless steel, providing rugged construction for industrial environments. Each unit includes a 1.5 m (5') 4-conductor shielded cable as the standard electrical connection.

Compatible signal conditioners include iDRN-ST and iDRX-ST models, which provide isolated measurement for strain gage transducers. These accessories support unipolar/bipolar signals from 30 to 100 mV full scale with 13-Bit Resolution and offer a 10 Vdc reference voltage for excitation.
