The series supports processes such as lyophilization and includes an optional surface temperature probe attachment, the OM-CP-MICRODISC, for monitoring surface conditions.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The device operates within a process and ambient environment of -60 to 75°C (-76 to 167°F) at 0 to 100% RH. It features an accuracy of ±0.5°C with a resolution of 0.1°C. The internal clock maintains time accuracy of ±5 minutes/month at -80°C (-112°F). Data is recorded in date and time-stamped formats supporting °C, °F, K, or °R units.
Power is supplied by an included 3.6V lithium battery (factory replaceable only), providing a typical life of one year at a 10-minute reading rate. The unit carries an IP50 ingress protection rating and weighs 1.4 oz (40 g).

Can this logger be operated at environments < -45 degrees Celsius without damaging its electronics?

At this time we do not have 8 channel loggers that can be in an environment of <-40C only the thermocouples themselves can handle the temperature.
