Supported Applications
The Omega LV-510 Series Vertical Mount Compact Single Station Level Switch is designed for OEM applications in restricted or limited space. These single station vertical switches mount vertically at the top or bottom of a tank to monitor liquid levels.

Operating Conditions & Performance
The series operates within a process temperature range of -40 to 90°C (-40 to 194°F). It is rated for liquids with a minimum specific gravity of 0.8 and supports an ambient pressure rating of 25 psi. The unit features a sealed reed switch designed to resist vibration and shock.

The reed switch supports the following maximum resistive loads:- 50 VA @ 120 Vac

The LV-510 Series offers configurable wetted materials, output states, and physical dimensions tailored to specific chemical environments.- Wetted Materials: Polypropylene (PP) or Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF)
- Output Signal: Dry switch closure with selectable Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC) states
- Mechanical Configuration: The orientation can be changed from normally open to normally closed by removing the float and reversing it in the stem.

Both models share identical process connections (⅛" NPT), overall dimensions, and electrical specifications. The unit is shipped in Normally Open (NO) configuration by default.
