Supported Applications
The ACI Wall Plate Pickup Ports (Series PUP) are wall-mounted stainless steel assemblies designed to provide an aesthetically pleasing building static reference point for low differential pressure transmitters, specifically the ACI DLP or MLP Series. The series is intended for monitoring indoor building static pressure in commercial and office buildings, clean rooms, isolation rooms, hospitals, laboratories, and schools.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The wall plate operates within an ambient temperature range of -40° to 150°F (-40° to 66°C) and can be stored between -40° to 160°F (-40° to 71°C). The maximum operating pressure for the filter is rated at 150 psi (10.3 bar). When used with medical tubing options, the system supports a maximum of 65 psi at 73°F (23°C).
Construction materials include a 302 Series Stainless Steel wall plate and Nickel Plated Brass filter components. The foam material is Cross-Linked Polyethylene with an FMUSS-302 flammability rating.
Configuration Options
The series includes the standard A/SP-PUP model, a silver/metallic brushed stainless steel plate measuring 4.51" (11.5 cm) x 2.76" (7.00 cm) x 0.190" (0.48 cm). The unit features a barbed fitting that accepts 3/16" ID flexible Poly tubing.
ACI offers optional medical-grade tubing kits to extend the pickup port connection:

The tubing is made of FDA approved Food/Medical Grade Flexible PVC. The series carries RoHS2, WEEE, and Reach approvals.
