Supported Applications

The Omega FTPMM Series consists of specialty quick couplings designed for multiple mounting configurations, enabling the connection of three to five lines. These fittings are engineered for leak-free operation and high flow in applications requiring semi-rigid tubing (polyethylene, nylon, polyurethane) or hose connections.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The series operates within an ambient temperature range of -40 to 82°C (-40 to 180°F) continuous. Pressure ratings vary by material: brass models support a maximum pressure of 500 psi, while acetal models are rated for a maximum of 240 psi; the minimum rating is vacuum. The fittings feature keyed designs to prevent mismatches and accommodate various materials, flow sizes, weight, and space requirements.

Configuration Options

The FTPMM Series offers a broad envelope of configurations including ferruleless polytube fittings, hose barbs, and straight-through or shutoff couplings. The series supports 1/8" and 1/4" flow sizes with multiple mount bodies available in thermoplastic (acetal) or chrome-plated brass.

Mounting & Connection Options

• Multiple Mount Plates: Available for 3, 4, or 5 stations. Lengths range from 2.60 inches to 4.90 inches depending on station count and flow size.
• Fitting Types: Ferruleless polytube fittings (PTF), hose barbs, and hose barb elbows.
• Tubing Compatibility: Supports tubing sizes including 5/32 x 0.100", 1/4 x 0.170", 3/8 x 0.250" (OD X ID), as well as hose barbs for IDs ranging from 1/8" to 3/8".
• Configurations: Straight thru and single end shutoff options are available across the series.

Model Number Structure

The model number guide follows the format: Fitting Type - Material - Flow Size - End Configuration. Examples include FT-PMM12-04, FT-PLM120-04, and FT-MM12-04.

Key Product Differences

Variants within the series are distinguished by material composition (acetal vs. chrome-plated brass), flow size (1/8" or 1/4"), end configuration (straight thru vs. shutoff), and connection type (ferruleless polytube, hose barb, or elbow). Mounting plates differ in length based on the number of stations: FT-CP103 supports 3 stations with a 2.60-inch length for 1/8" flow size, while FT-LCP105 supports 5 stations with a 4.90-inch retaining ring length for 1/4" flow size.
