Supported Applications

The Omega DPG210-KIT Pressure Calibration Kits combine the high accuracy of the DPG210 digital pressure gauges with a pneumatic or hydraulic hand pump, providing an excellent solution for field calibration needs. The series is designed to generate and measure pressure using non-corrosive gas, water, or oil as compatible process media.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The DPG210-KIT delivers a pressure accuracy of ±0.05% FS with stability rated at ±0.2%FS/year. The gauge features a 5-digit LCD primary display and secondary display, with an adjustable sampling rate ranging from 1 to 10 times/second. Operating temperature is specified as -10 to 50°C (14 to 120°F), while the compensation temperature range is 0 to 40°C (32 to 104°F). Storage temperatures are supported between -20 to 60°C (-4 to 140°F).

Pressure limits vary by rated pressure: Over Pressure Limits are defined as 3X Rated Pressure from 0 to 100 psi and 2X Rated Pressure from 200 to 5000 psi. Burst Pressure is specified as 4X Rated Pressure from 0 to 100 psi and 3X Rated Pressure from 200 to 5000 psi. The unit carries an IP65 environmental rating.

Configuration Options

The series supports multiple pressure ranges including 0 to 100 psi, 0 to 500 psi, 0 to 1000 psi, 0 to 5000 psi, and 0 to 10000 psi. Each kit includes the DPG210 digital gauge in a selected pressure range, a hand pump (pneumatic or hydraulic), a rugged carrying case, and a selection of fittings and hose.

Configuration options include:

• Pump Type Selection: Kits with ranges of 500 psi or below include a pneumatic hand pump capable of generating 0 to 500 psi pressure. For ranges of 1,000 psi or higher, a 0 to 10,000 psi hydraulic hand pump is included.
• Process Connection: Standard connection is ¼" NPT; other materials are available by consulting Omega Sales.
• Housing and Wetted Materials: The pressure gauge case material is 304SS, with wetted parts also constructed of 304SS.
• Power Supply: Operates on three AA batteries or USB-power (USB2.0, 5V Power at 5V 0.15A). Battery life is up to 3,600 hours.

The gauge includes a backlight function and supports temperature display in °C or °F with an accuracy of ±0.5°C. Additional functions such as Address Bit (1~255 available) and Baud Rate selection (4800/9600/19200 available) are offered but must be specified before purchase.

Note: The oil cup in the hand pumps is made of plexiglass and must not contact volatile media such as alcohol, dimethyl pump, or ether to avoid damage. Installation requires care with thread engagement; users should clear zero after installation if stress affects the gauge reading.
