The Series RHRS Radiation Shield protects outside air humidity transmitters from rain and radiated heat. With the curved shape and color of the plates, air flow is able to move across the sensor to keep radiated temperatures from rooftops and surrounding surfaces from affecting humidity readings.

What type of output is this sensor, Modbus RTU, Analog 0-10, 4-20ma?
This model number, RHRS, is just a radiation shield - it does not measure RH/temp or have any type of output. These shields are used in conjunction with the RHPX series, which is the actual transmitter that does the measuring and sends out either an analog or BACnet/Modbus signal.
