Supported Applications

The OM-CP-PRHTTEMP101A is a compact, portable pressure, relative humidity and temperature data logger. Its small size and long deployment life make it well suited to museum and archive preservation, shipping and transportation, warehouse monitoring, and HVAC work. Because it records all three parameters at once, it gives a complete environmental picture in a single device.

The logger also serves demanding controlled environments such as clean rooms, clinical laboratories, and altitude validation studies, where pressure, humidity and temperature must be tracked together. The device is not designed for patient-connected applications.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The OM-CP-PRHTTEMP101A measures pressure over a range of 250 to 1300 mbar with a resolution of 0.02 mbar and a calibrated accuracy of 10 mbar, using a piezoresistive sensor. Relative humidity is measured over 0 to 95 %RH non-condensing with a capacitive polymer sensor, a resolution of 0.1 %RH and a calibrated accuracy of 3% RH.

Temperature is measured with a precision RTD element over -40 to 80°C (-40 to 176°F), with a resolution of 0.01°C (0.018°F) and a calibrated accuracy of ±0.5 °C (0.9°F). The ambient operating range is -40 to 80°C (-40 to 176°F).

The reading rate is selectable from 1 reading every second up to 1 reading every 24 hours, and memory holds 688,128 readings per channel with software configurable memory wrap. The included 3.6V lithium battery is user replaceable and supports a 10 year battery life. On-board LEDs indicate status: a green LED blinks at a 10 second rate to indicate logging and at a 15 second rate to indicate delay start mode or standby, while a red LED blinks at a 10 second rate to indicate low battery and/or full memory and at a 1 second rate to indicate an alarm condition met.

Configuration Options

This series is offered as a single configuration, the OM-CP-PRHTTEMP101A. It combines pressure, humidity and temperature sensing in an ABS Plastic housing that measures 36 L x 56 W x 16 mm D (1.4 x 2.2 x 0.6") and weighs 24 g (0.8 oz). The device carries CE marking and is backed by a 5 YEAR WARRANTY.

Capability can be extended through accessories. Operation requires the OM-CP-IFC200 Windows software package, which is sold separately and includes a USB interface cable. An optional NIST calibration certificate is available and is ordered as the OM-CP-PRHTTEMP101A-CERT. For regulated environments, the OM-CP-SVP-SYSTEM adds FDA 21 CFR part 11 compliant IQ/OQ/PQ software validation. Replacement power is supplied by the OM-CP-BAT105 3.6V lithium battery.
