Operating Conditions & Performance

The series supports maximum operating temperatures of 150°C (302°F) or 75°C (167°F), depending on the selected thermistor element. The probes are rated for a maximum pressure of 2500 psi (172 bar). Accuracy is available in two classes: ±0.2°C and ±0.1°C, with tolerance specified at specific temperature ranges or points as defined by the model selection.

Thermistor Selection Parameters

  • Resistance @ 25°C: Options include 2252 Ω, 3000 Ω, 5000 Ω, 10000 Ω, and 30000 Ω.
  • Tolerance & Max Temperature Pairings:
    • ±0.2°C tolerance models support up to 150°C (302°F).
    • ±0.1°C tolerance models support up to 75°C (167°F).

Configuration Options

The TH-44000-NPT series offers configurable dimensions and electrical connections tailored to specific installation needs. The probe sheath diameter is 6 mm (0.24"). Process connections are available in ¼ or ⅛ NPT mounting threads.

Variants within the series are distinguished by thermistor resistance value, tolerance class, maximum temperature rating, process connection size (¼ or ⅛ NPT), and cable length. The model number prefix indicates the specific sensor element characteristics:
