Operating Conditions & Performance
The LCM203 Series operates within an ambient temperature range of -46 to 107°C (-50 to 225°F), with thermal compensation provided for the 16 to 71°C (60 to 160°F) span. The sensors are rated IP65 and feature a deflection between 0.025 to 0.075 mm (0.001 to 0.003"). Performance specifications include linearity of ±0.15% FSO, hysteresis of ±0.1% FSO, and repeatability of ±0.05% FSO. The series supports a measurement range from 100 N to 50,000 N (22 lb to 11,241 lb) across various capacities.
Electrical performance is defined by an excitation voltage of 10 Vdc with a maximum of 15 Vdc. The output signal is specified as 2 mV/V ±1.0%. Input resistance is 350 Ω minimum, and output resistance is 350 ±10 Ω. Overload ratings are defined as Safe Overload at 150% of capacity and Ultimate Overload at 300% of capacity.

- Cable & Connector Options: Standard units include a 3 m (10') 4-conductor shielded PVC cable. The LC213/LCM213 variants support the PT06F10-6S mating connector or CA-4PC24-2-015 cable assembly with twist-lock connector.
- Accessories: Rod ends are available as REC-012F for LC203/LC213 series and MREC-M12F for LCM203/LCM213 series load cells.
